Mr. Barile has spent over three decades refining a singular vision for his business ventures. He launched his real estate development, construction and management companies in 1976. Being self-employed in these various fields has allowed Mr. Barile to maintain a high level of quality and service and create value for the consumer while having the control to achieve each of these goals. Mr. Barile has gained extensive experience in equity raising and acquisition. Mr. Barile's companies are vertically integrated with architectural design, planning and construction of large scale real estate development along with the installation of infrastructure.

The Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid, a family-focused mountain retreat in the Adirondacks, received the Robb Reports 2006 Best of the Best new resorts in the world. Mr. Barile's projects have included 500 residential units, and numerous commercial and hospitality projects. Currently, he is launching the country's first luxury rental amenitized resort village in Vero Beach, Florida. This resort will consist of 481 residences, a 57-room boutique hotel and a 72,000 square foot village market center. All of Mr. Barile's projects are highly regarded for their commitment to preservation, quality, sustainability and environmental harmony.

Mr. Barile founded North Range Resources, LLC in 2012 in order to put his experience to work in the oil and gas industry. In his real estate ventures, Mr. Barile has been successful in obtaining permitting from the Army Corp of Engineers, the Coastal Commission, US Fish and Wildlife agencies and State Environmental agencies. Given the similarities in some areas of the Oil and Gas Industry and the Real Estate Development Industry, Mr. Barile's permitting success and knowledge has greatly benefitted the North Range Companies, its team and projects.

He provides strong leadership in assembling a group of professionals well experienced in the oil and gas industry, and setting corporate goals, processes and strategic direction. He is committed to providing an economical approach to oil and gas drilling while respecting the environment, striving to increase proven domestic reserves by exploring new fields and revisiting previously drilled areas, revitalizing them with advanced technology. Mr. Barile's passion lies in geology and the evolution of drilling technology.

Understanding the balance between utilization and preservation along with respecting wildlife have been the key ingredients for the success of Mr. Barile's various companies and projects. This understanding is evident as he successfully moves forward with the permit approval process and the construction and management of each project.

Mr. Barile represented the United States in the 1988 Winter Olympics after spending 8 years on the U.S. National Luge Team. He has been self-employed his entire career and has created thousands of jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars in property tax value in association with over 30 real estate development projects.

Pam Garlick joined North Range Resources in April 2013. Pam has been involved in title research since 1983. Prior to beginning her career in mineral title research, she worked for title companies and mortgage lenders for 23 years. She has worked for various oil and gas companies and has become the "go-to" researcher for the local attorneys for mineral research for estate planning and settling estates. She is a member of the AAPL and has attended seminars hosted by the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Chad Collins

— Field Superintendent / Geologist

Mr. Collins has been a part of North Range Resources since 2013. Chad has acquired years of oilfield experience as a well site and geo-steering geologist. Chad also has performed directional drilling duties in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs, obtaining knowledge along with expertise in exploration of the DJ, Paradox, Piceance, Powder River, Central Montana, Green River, Great Divide, Williston and Thunder basins. Mr. Collins holds a BS in Geology from Texas A&M University and a BA in Environmental Science with minors in Business Administration and Sustainable Development from the University of Colorado.
